Inspire Rehabilitation & Wellness

About Us

We are a group of doctoral-level physical therapists who focus on treating the whole individual in one-on-one treatment sessions. For every visit, you will see the same Doctor of Physical Therapy for your full session and we will follow you through your therapy journey. Our holistic and integrative approach looks at the main factors contributing to your pain and movement restrictions. We work together to determine your goals for therapy and focus our sessions on achieving those goals with a fitness forward approach to help you get back to the activities you want to do.

What to Expect:

When you arrive for your appointment, you will come into the treatment room and we will discuss what brings you to therapy as well as get any background information regarding your injury. We will then begin the examination where your therapist will look at your range of motion, strength, sensation, areas of pain, and your functional abilities. We will discuss your diagnosis and set goals together regarding your therapy and decide how often we will meet. You will have a couple of exercises assigned to you for “homework” and then have time to ask any questions you might have.

Hear what our patients are saying:

“I’ve seen Dr. Carol for injuries ranging from my knees, shoulders, to my back and then some! From the moment you walk into Dr. Carol’s office you can feel how warm and personable she is! You never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable during her visits. She’s always amazed me with how quickly she can diagnose the problem/injury and gives you a personalized plan to get you on the mend fast! She is extremely thorough and educated in what she does! I’d recommend her to anyone!”

~Heather K., INSPIRE CLIENT

“I had A+ experience with Dr. Letner working through a shoulder injury. Dr. Letner is not only very personable and knowledgeable, she gets to know her patients and their lifestyle habits to help determine the best therapy resources she can provide for results. Dr. Letner has the perfect combination of magic hands and a wealth of knowledge in physical therapy, making her best in the business!”

~Lindsay L., INSPIRE Client

“I suffered from a back injury that was inhibiting my abilities to perform at the level I would have liked to during CrossFit workouts. Dr. Carol understands what it is like to be an athlete and the toll that taking a break from physical activity can take on our overall wellness. Her approach was not only to help me heal from injury, but one with long-term gains in mind. In other words, not just getting me back into workouts, but to educate me on how to make them better, and injury free, going forward. I was back in the gym before I knew it and she continues to be an excellent resource on my journey to recovery. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Carol for any of your physical therapy needs. There is no one else I’d rather have at my side during the process.
